Shipping and DDP
Can you ship sensitive goods with DDP delivery?
Yes, DDP delivery may be arranged for eligible products and approved destinations through specialist logistics partners. We first review the product, quantity, destination country, local rules, and current carrier acceptance. DDP is not available for every item or every country, so written route confirmation is required before payment.
What is included in a DDP quote?
A confirmed DDP quote normally covers the agreed transport plan, export handling, customs clearance, estimated import duties and taxes, and final-mile delivery to the stated address. Any exclusions or destination-specific charges will be listed in the quotation.
Does DDP mean every product is legal in my country?
No. Logistics availability does not replace local law. Buyers must confirm that purchase, import, possession, storage, resale, and use are legal in their destination. We may decline or adjust an order when a compliant route cannot be confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on destination, product classification, quantity, customs processing, and the approved route. Standard products may move faster, while sensitive-goods DDP shipments require additional review. An estimated timeline is provided with the quotation, but customs and carrier delays can occur.
What information is needed for a shipping quote?
Please send the product link or model, quantity, destination country, postal code, delivery type (business or residential), and any required deadline. Wholesale customers should also share company and tax information where applicable.
Can you ship directly to my customer?
Drop shipping or direct-to-customer delivery may be available for approved products and routes. Contact us before ordering so we can review labeling, documentation, packaging, and destination requirements.
